Where are your products made?
Our products come from the best suppliers in the US. The production of some of our equipment is made offshore.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
At this time, we can only process your orders if you are logged in. By logging in, you can check out faster, save multiple shipping addresses, access your order history, and track new orders.
I’ve forgotten my password! What should I do?

What should I do if something is wrong with my order? How can I return an item?

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you are able to select an item and add it to your list, then that item is in stock. Please note that until you finalize your purchase, your item/s can be purchased by another customer as we do not reserve stock that was added on your list. What are the delivery charges?
At this time, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We advise you to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number specific to your order. If you need help tracking your order, kindly email us with the subject line “Where is my order” and include your name, address, and tracking number in the body of the email.
